Haiti’s tourism is unlike any other in
the Caribbean because this industry. It has been stigmatized as the
place of voodoo but this stigma only adds more lure to a culture ripe
with soul.
Haiti is known for it's distinct island
cuisines. Casav and mumba, is a favorite snack among Haitians,
consisting of a slowly cooked spiced peanut butter served over a
sizeable slice of fried cassava. It's quite delicious!
As Haiti develops we intend to see
it as a recognizable force in the Caribbean tourism industry.
